• South on the Hanlon, Gordon St, Victoria Rd, or Watson Rd to Wellington Rd 34.
• Turn left onto Wellington Rd 34.
• Drive east on Rd 34 to Concession 11.
• Turn right onto Concession 11 and drive 2.5 km south to #4328 on right hand side.
• Take the long driveway to the house, come in the clinic entrance.

• East on Hwy 401 to Hwy 6 south.
• South on Hwy 6 to Wellington Rd 36. (First lights)
• Turn left onto Wellington Rd 36. Drive for 6 km to the stop sign.
• Turn left onto Concession 11 at the stop sign.
• Travel north on Concession 11 for 2 kms to #4328 on the left hand side.
• Take the long driveway to the house, come in the clinic entrance.

From Milton, Oakville, Mississauga, Toronto

• West on Hwy 401 to Guelph Line.
• North on Guelph Line to Side Rd 15.
• Turn left onto Side Rd 15 to Concession 11. (34 ends at Concession 11)
• Turn right onto Concession 11 and drive 1 km to #4328.
• Take the long driveway to the house, come in the clinic entrance.

From Hamilton

• North on Hwy 6 to Wellington Rd 36. (Last lights before Hwy 401)
• Turn right onto Wellington Rd 36. Drive for 6 km to the stop sign.
• Turn left onto Concession 11 at the stop sign.

• North on Guelph Line (and over the 401) to Side Rd 15.
